This house is within walking distance to the University of Arizona main campus, dining, and shopping experiences.

Rated based upon 2 people. Additional guests (including kids) are $30 per person per night-maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. We will allow one dog to stay. The pet fee is $15 per day per pet. You must notify us before hand if you have an extra guest or dog stay overnight or you will lose your security deposit. We do monitor the house. No parties, weddings, family reunions, corporate meetings, group gatherings etc of any kind. Renters found to have gatherings of individuals that are not on the rental party list will forfeit their security deposit.- again we monitor the house. While we wish all to have a wonderful stay, we do have to abide by homeowner established rules. 

Minimum of a week  at Christmas.

We may ask for your driver's license number , the type and color of car you will be driving and the license plate number and state of the vehicle.

While this wonderful Adobe house is private, quiet and secure, it is part of the neighborhood called “The Lost Barrio”, which is several blocks filled with quaint shops and galleries located in a historic warehouse district of Tucson known as the Barrio San Antonio. On Park Avenue,  between Campbell and Euclid and south of Broadway Boulevard, this unique area contains a collection of authentic adobe homes, lots of shops and galleries that specialize in antiques, home accessories, gift items, hand crafted furniture, fine art, rugs, tribal and folk art, Asian art, architectural elements, Mexican imports.  The Lost Barrio world importers and artisans have created an exciting and colorful interior design and gift shopping destination with something for everyone.  For exploring Tucson's eateries, there are popular restaurants listed in the house manual, some are close to the house, some in the midtown and downtown areas.
The area is also close to the revitalized downtown area with unique restaurants and entertainment venues; something for everyone.  Easy parking and the downtown area is very walkable.  The Lost Barrio location is easy access to popular Tucson activities:
